To ensure that you can fully enjoy your vacation, we have summarized some important information.

Booking/ Deposit

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. Please note that the remaining balance is due 10 days before arrival via bank transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept card payments at our property. Any fees associated with bank transfers are the responsibility of the guest

Cancellation

The General Terms and Conditions of the hotel industry apply. Cancellations are only possible in writing.

In the event of a refund of a deposit, we charge a processing fee of €20.00.

  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total package price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total package price
  • 1 week before arrival: 90% of the total package price
  • In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the price will be charged according to the reservation confirmation without deductions
  • If fewer guests arrive than booked, the price will be charged according to the reservation confirmation without deductions
  • Subletting or changing guests within the booking period is not allowed

Check-in

after 1 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, you need to inform us accordingly.

Check-out

7 am  – 10 am

Parking

Each room provides you with a complimentary parking space for the duration of your stay (please consider the check-in and check-out times). If you require additional parking, there are options to park your car in the Floriangarage or Parking Lounge in Ischgl.

Guest Card

You will receive a link to the guest card approximately 10 days before your arrival. You can conveniently complete the necessary information from home and purchase the VIP ski pass for Ischgl or the Silvretta Card Premium (during summer).
